How does my base plan billing work?
On our Growth and Enterprise plans, billing is a monthly recurring subscription. At the beginning of each month you'll receive an invoice for that month's subscription.There is no monthly subscription for the Launch plan.
Which features are usage-based vs included in my plan?
Some features are included in your plan (feature‑gated by tier), while others are usage‑based and billed based on activity.

Usage‑based charges scale with how much you use the feature and are billed either at the point of use or at the end of the month.
When are usage-based fees calculated?
Fees are calculated at different times depending on the feature:
Per transaction (e.g. FX payments, invoice payments): Calculated when the transaction is sent orsettled.
Daily aggregation (e.g. MMA fees): Calculated once per day.
End of month (EOM) (e.g. number of users, AI workflows): Calculated at the end of the billing period
You’ll always see a clear breakdown on your statement or invoice.
When will I actually be charged?
Charges happen in one of three ways:
Per transaction (e.g. FX payments, invoice payments): Charged when the transaction is sent or settled.
Daily aggregation (e.g. MMA fees): Charged based on daily calculated usage.
End of month (EOM) (e.g. number of users, AI workflows): Charged at the end of the billing period.
