Your accounts are synced automatically 4 times a day: at 12am, 7am, 12pm & 7pm UTC everyday.
If it has been at least 90 days since you connected your account, you will be required to reauthorise the account which you can do via the Round dashboard. You can see which ones require this on your dashboard. You accounts will not update until this has been done.
