We have 3 different roles for users on the Round platform. All with different permissions to take action across Round's products:
Viewer
Is not able to link bank accounts
Is not able to deposit or withdraw
Is not able to export data
Is not able to initiate any payments
Member
Is able to make withdrawals to already linked accounts
Is able to export data to CSV, and other platforms (Google Sheets, Xero)
Admin (default for new signups)
Has full access on the account for all actions
Is able to invite other users
Employee - All Invoices
Is only able to view the invoices page, but all invoices for the company
Employee - Own Invoices
Is only able to view the invoices page, and only the invoices they have uploaded
