What access does the different user roles have on Round?

We have 3 different roles for users on the Round platform. All with different permissions to take action across Round's products:

  1. Viewer

    • Is not able to link bank accounts

    • Is not able to deposit or withdraw

    • Is not able to export data

    • Is not able to initiate any payments

  2. Member

    • Is able to make withdrawals to already linked accounts

    • Is able to export data to CSV, and other platforms (Google Sheets, Xero)

  3. Admin (default for new signups)

    • Has full access on the account for all actions

    • Is able to invite other users

  4. Employee - All Invoices

    • Is only able to view the invoices page, but all invoices for the company

  5. Employee - Own Invoices

    • Is only able to view the invoices page, and only the invoices they have uploaded
